Cartwright is the visionary behind two impactful 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations: the Student Then Athletes Foundation Fund (S.T.A.F.F.) and GroundWorks Analytics. S.T.A.F.F. provides scholarships, mentorship, and resources to help young athletes balance academics and athletics, particularly in underserved communities, while emphasizing financial literacy and personal development to prepare them for life beyond sports.
